How to contact support?

Why activate geolocation?
Geolocation enables us to offer you the cultural and leisure activities closest to your current location. Whether you’re on vacation, on the road or just out for a stroll, you’ll know at a glance what’s going on around you in terms of museums, exhibitions, monuments, parks and gardens or leisure activities.
Is my position saved?
No, your position is regularly deleted, and we keep no trace of your movements.
Can other members see my position?
No, other members don’t see your position, they just know you’re nearby, 5 kilometers or more.
I don’t want other members to know I’m nearby?
Check the box I don’t want other members to be able to see how far (in KM) I am from them in your profile.
Can I report a member’s inappropriate behavior?
Yes, just click on the “Report” button.
Can I remove certain members from the list?
Yes, just click on the Hide button on the member’s profile.
How can I contact another member of the Pile & Face community?
To contact a member, click on the Invite button in the member’s profile, and the member will receive a notification. If he or she accepts by inviting you in turn, you can start a conversation using the integrated chat.
Why fill in your profile?
Entering your interests in your profile allows you to benefit from targeted postings according to your affinities. If you’d like to contact other members of the Pile & Face community, check I’m looking for company to visit. You’ll then need to upload a profile photo and fill in some information about yourself: a nickname, your town or department, your profession, your age range, a brief description of yourself, your nationality and languages spoken. You’ll also need to tick the I’m over 18 box.
I don’t want to receive notifications?
Check the I don’t want to receive notifications when other members invite me or write to me in your profile.
I want to register as a guide?
You can register as a licensed guide by checking the I’m a licensed guide and offer my services box in your profile.
Does Pile & Face cover events abroad?
For the moment, Pile & Face only covers France and a few activities in neighboring countries, but we’re working hard on international extensions.
Can I add my museum, exhibition or any other event in Pile & Face?
Yes, you can do it directly in the application and share your event with your friends or the whole community.
I am planning my trip and would like to search for museums, exhibitions, monuments or leisure activities in a specific location?
You can do this by going to the filters (Magnifying Glass icon) and entering a city, a postal code or a complete address in the “Nearby” field.
Is the Pile & Face interface available in other languages?
Yes, Pile & Face is fully translated into English, which is the default language displayed if a language other than French is detected in the phone options.
Can I unsubscribe permanently?
You can unsubscribe permanently by clicking on the Delete my profile link in your profile. Deleting your profile means deleting all associated data (photos, chats). You can also send us a deletion request using the form on the site.
